Our Rent to Own program is designed to make you a homeowner after a short period of time. Our main goal is to help the people who are ready and committed to become homeowners and have a place they can call their own, pass it on to their children and reap the benefits of home ownership.
After showing interest and a commitment to be a home owner you apply for the home where our team evaluates your ability and time to be mortgage ready. The time period for which you are a renter depends on how much work you need to do to get your credit so that you can fully qualify for a mortgage, typically that is between 2 to 5 years.
Yes. Rent to Own gives you time and a blueprint for you to be approved by bank, in the meantime you pay Rent until you are a ready, our team will work with you to determine how much time do you need to get you qualified when you are ready.
Yes, We keep our rents as low as possible. We do have a Non-Refundable Option Deposit Assistance Program, which just means anything over the rent will accumulate and be counted towards the purchase of the home. For example if rent is $1000 and you pay $1100, then $100 would go towards the value of the home which is applied at the end of the program, you decide how much is applied to the home.
With our program, we give you as much time as you need to fix whatever may need to be repaired, whether it’s time on your job or credit. It’s important to have at least 10% of the purchase price down. This matters most to the loan officer down the road when you apply for your loan with a bank.
We suggest as much as you can put down, you want to build equity in your home, we want to see you as a homeowner
Simply the rent. In our program, we treat you like the homeowner. You are responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance and snow removal. You are responsible for all maintenance and repairs. We don’t come and do any checks on the home etc. As long as you pay your monthly rent on time, you won’t hear from us, unless it’s the holidays!

We pay the taxes and the homeowners insurance while you are still renting. However we STRONGLY suggest you get renters insurance, it’s very inexpensive.
We love animals!! We are not allowed to have certain breeds due to insurance, just check with us.
We start the process and working very closely with you walk you trough how much time you need to be fully mortgage ready. We move to the paperwork and the Non Refundable Option Deposit to set a closing date with a local attorney. After that we close and the home and you start the clock from renter to owning the home.
